Overview:
This position is to provide technical support to production.
Responsibilities:
1.Keep manufacturing/production running smoothly by providing timely technical support to solve quality, process and fixture problems.
2.Design, redesign and improve the manufacturing method for new products or existing products.
3.Continuously improve process capability, products quality and production efficiency by improving the fixture/tooling, introducing the new process/knowledge, and redesign the process/products
4.Maintain engineering data in business system or engineering system by timely setting up and updating
5.Support or lead technology transfer, new product development or new product introduction
6.Evolve in vendor quality improvement by actively attend MRR meeting.
7.Train operators on manufacturing or production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Good knowledge and practice of tooling/fixture, or mechanism design and developing
3.Minimum 5 years’ working experience in mechanical industry, familiar with die casting
