Overview
Support HRD Manager on HR daily operation, develop and upgrade HRD Process & System in the area of staffing, compensation and benefits management, employee relationship management, performance management and facility office administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, interview and evaluate applicants for office or shop employment and refer the best candidates to appropriate supervisors for employment consideration. Assist on development and continuous improvement of the recruitment, adopting solutions-oriented approach and building up brand marketing in meeting staffing needs.
2. Support to build up performance management culture and assist in the development of our people and the organization.
3. Collect market best practice and internal feedback on HR policies, statistics and analysis of related data for HRD managers review and continuous improvement on HR process and services
4. Maintain effective employee relations and communications
5. Supervise employee wellness activities. Coordinate and monitor all activities from local and AP.
6. Assist on facility administration of company dormitory, canteen and shuttle bus management and so on.
7. Work with HR teams to ensure projects delivery and implementation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. 8 or above years Human Resources experience, familiar with Compensation and benefits and Employee Relationship.
3. Good Command of English.
4. Confident and credible HR manager with a strong understanding of HR Processes.
5. Be able to contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs to facilitate achievement of business plan.
6. Strong interpersonal, networking, problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
7. Strong leadership and coaching skill.
8. At least 5 years managerial experience in leading a team of 5-8 people.
