Key Responsibilities:
1. New supplier quality development. (Sending the requirement to supplier; Reviewing supplier documents.)
2. New project Early Supplier Involvement. (Specification/ PFMEA/ CP review/ QPA audit/…)
3. Supplier on-site audit. (New supplier approval/ Annual audit/ New project/ Quality Case...)
4. Supplier quality performance evaluation and follow up.
5. Incoming quality monitor and improvement. (Inspection standards/method/frequency; Handling non-conformance material; Quality meeting…)
6. Supplier CAR following and verify the actions’ implementing and effectiveness.
7. New components approval. ( for quality items checking)
8. To assist CIP steering group to identify the opportunities on supplier quality/process improvement and cost reduction.
9. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum holds a bachelor degree in engineering discipline.
2. Over 2 year supplier quality engineering experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry. 3. It’s preferred to familiar with mechanical and electrical parts.
4. Expertise in internal& external audits and system maintenance of ISO9001/14000 etc. Attained QMS Auditor Certification plus.
5. Be familiar with quality tools and well use. (8D, MSA, SPC, CPK, PFMEA, Control Plan etc.)
6. Good command of Windows XP, MS (outlook, word, excel, PPt), MINITAB etc.
7. Excellent skills on communication, coordination, problem solving as well as presentation on both English and Mandarin.
8. Be familiar with mechanical component is preferred.
9. An inspiring team leader& driver for quality development & process continual improvement.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and deal with the speed of change and can work under pressure.
